The storyline of Hindi dubbed Kannada movie Heart Attack 3 revolves around Vicky aka Lucky who falls in love with a TV anchor named Gowri. After attempts of Gowri and her dog Zoo Zoo to drive Lucky away, Lucky changes his identity to Vikcy, takes up a job in Gowri's office and also befriends her dog in attempts to win Gowri. But the plot takes a twist when Vicky proposes to Gowri and it turns out that Gowri loves Lucky after all. But Vicky cannot prove his identity as Lucky as he has broken all ties linking him to his previous identity.
